West Ambleside Home Owners Association

There is a Home Owners Association (HOA) planned for Windermere Lands Ltd's West Ambleside. The HOA provides an opportunity for residents' input into the future maintenance of their community and serves as a vehicle for enhancing or augmenting the level of maintenance. An encumbrance has been registred against each lot allowing for the establishment of the West Ambleside HOA.
